2024: ₽8 billion was allocated for the creation of a unified HR system with neural networks for civil servants
The Russian government approved the passport of the federal project "Digital Public Administration," providing, among other things, the allocation of ₽8 billion for the creation of a single HR platform for civil servants by 2025. This became known on November 5, 2024.

8The platform will combine the functions of selection, adaptation, motivation and development of employees. Within the framework of the project, a digital profile of a civil servant will be created, containing information about his achievements and competencies. By 2030, it is planned to connect 60% of the authorities and 50% of civil servants to a single system.
According to the data, at Rosstat the end of 2022, there were 2.2 million state and municipal employees in Russia. The existing job search platform has not gossluzhba.gov been widely adopted, as government agencies continue to publish vacancies at various sites.
Aigyun Kurbanova, President of the Association of Career Consultants, noted that the platform can help optimize costs for service structures and increase the transparency of their work.

Rustem Khayretdinov, Deputy General Director of the Garda Group of Companies, stressed the importance of protecting the personal data of millions of system users.
The office of the profile Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko clarified that the allocated funds are intended for several information systems, including an HR platform. It is expected that the Federal Treasury, acting as the operator of the main state information systems, may become the operator of the system.[1]\
