The revenue of companies in the PaaS segment, judging by the personal data we collected in 2025, is growing faster than the average for the cloud services market, which may indicate in favor of optimistic opinions of experts about the great potential of the direction. The first line of the rating is occupied by Cloud.ru, in second place is Yandex Cloud. The top three is closed by Turbo Cloud (RTK-DPC).

In the first ranking of the largest Russian service providers PaaS, prepared by TAdviser based on the results of the corresponding revenue for 2023, the company became the leader Cloud.ru. Its result is 8.7 billion rubles, an increase of 163.6%.
The Top 5 also includes RTK-DPC, Reg.ru, EdgeÖåíòð and MegaFon.
In total, 11 companies took part in the ranking. Their total revenue from PaaS services at the end of 2023 amounted to almost 13 billion rubles.
