2025: Efko bought the Tula Food Plant
Efko Food Products JSC (part of Efko Group of Companies) has acquired a 100% stake in Tula Food Processing Plant LLC (TPK). The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in July 2025. The materials of the Tula company report that in 2025 the production of mayonnaise under the Sloboda brand will begin at the plant, a year later it is planned to launch the production of chocolate and glazes. Efko Group plans to invest about 10 billion rubles in the production of vegetable oil in the Tula region.[1]
