2024: 36.6 bought the Murmansk chain Pharmacy for the Lean

On November 27, 2024, it became known that the Moscow pharmacy chain 36.6 acquired the Murmansk chain Pharmacy for the Lean. There is no information on the value and terms of the transaction as of the specified date.

As noted on the website of the sold company, the first pharmacy of the chain was launched in the city of Kola (the administrative center of the Kola district of the Murmansk region) in 1999. It is argued that the hallmark of Pharmacy for the Frugal is the low level of prices with the guaranteed quality of medicines and other products. Suppliers include "only well-known, large distributors that guarantee the authenticity of the goods supplied." In addition to medicines, pharmacies present dietary supplements, medical cosmetics, nursing products, orthopedic products, etc.

Murmansk chain "Pharmacy for the lean" acquired the network "36.6"

According to the SPARK-Interfax database, the general director of Pharmacy Network 36.6 PJSC, Alexander Kuzin, as of November 2024, is listed as the general director of three legal entities registered in St. Petersburg: Guta-Pharm LLC, Sever LLC and Pharmacy 39 LLC. Their owner is Murmansk businessman Sergei Klimov - the owner of the trademark "Pharmacy for the thrifty."

It is said that the Pharmacy for the Lean network includes about 185 outlets by the end of 2024. Since 2014, the company has been developing the franchise direction. More than 30 pharmacies operate under the franchise, which are located in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region, Murmansk, Murmansk Region, Veliky Novgorod, Kaliningrad and the Moscow Region.[1]
