3iTech

3iTech is a brand of the Russian company DSS Lab, a developer of speech technologies, voice biometrics, as well as specialized products and services for intelligent processing of unstructured data. The company has technological competencies in the development and construction of complex information and analytical systems and platform solutions for analyzing text and audio information using its own developments and technologies based on AI/ML/NLP. The company's portfolio includes more than a hundred implemented projects, both in Russia and abroad. 3iTech is a prize-winner of many industry competitions and a regular participant in profile ratings.

2023

Receiving a grant in the amount of 50 million rubles from the Innovation Assistance Fund

3iTech (DSS Lab LLC), a Russian vendor of solutions based on artificial intelligence for business, received a grant in the amount of 50 million rubles from the Innovation Assistance Fund as part of the Implementation-Artificial Intelligence competition in the direction of Natural Language Processing. Representatives of the 3iTech reported this on December 4, 2023.

"The funds received will go to the introduction of a large language model 3iTech LLM in our advanced products for the corporate segment: 3i TouchPoint Analytics, 3i VOX Bots and others," said Alexey Lyubimov, CEO of 3iTech.

A large language model 3iTech LLM will allow you to move to a new quality of client request processing, including using an intentless chat bot platform, i.e. without using scripts. This will make the dialogue with the chatbot extremely similar to communicating with a person. Speech analytics will be enriched with fundamentally new capabilities for evaluating checklists and summarizing dialogs.

2022: Opening of a division in St. Petersburg

On April 21, 2022, 3iTech announced that from May 1, 2022, its first regional division will begin to operate in St. Petersburg. The decision to increase the company's presence in the northwest is dictated by the launch of the company's artificial intelligence projects.

2020: Renaming to 3iTech

On February 19, 2020, 3i Technologies announced a rebranding, positioning update and officially presented its updated name, 3iTech. The "old" brand and logo has been in use since 2014. During this time, the approach to business has changed: if earlier the company was engaged in basic technological developments, focusing on state customers, now a wide product line has been created for various sectors of the economy.

At the same time, the updated name retains the continuity of the basic principles, demonstrating the technological orientation of the business, the company noted. The 3iTech brand contains encrypted key areas of activity - Information, Integration, Intelligence. Both internal 3iTech services and specialists of the Moscow design studio InchDesign took part in creating the concept of the brand and logo.

2019: $105,000 grant under Nvidia Inception to access Amazon Web Services

On December 20, 2019, 3iTech announced that it had become a member of the NVIDIA Inception project and received a technology grant of $105,000, i.e. for this amount it can acquire access to the global cloud platform AWS. Read more here.
