On September 8, 2021, the launch of a new venture fund in Russia was announced. It was called AI1 Ventures, its volume is $100 million. The Fund established the Russian investment club "Promising Projects" and the Cluster of Artificial Intelligence of the Siberian Academic Town.

The main focus is planned to be on projects in Europe, Eastern and Western Europe, the Baltic countries and Israel. At the sowing stages, the fund will invest from $250 thousand to $500 thousand, in the Series A financing rounds - up to $3 million. The maximum amount of investments in one company is declared at the level of $5 million.
The managing director of AI1 Ventures is Oleg Pogozhev, president of the Promising Projects club. Among the editors of the fund are the creator of the robot Sofia Ben Herzel, the best investor of 2019 according to the New York Summit Eneko Knorr, professor, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergey Goncharov.
The fund's office is located in Moscow. Later in the fall of 2021, it is planned to open a representative office in Tel Aviv.
