History

2011

In 2011, SFERA took the main course towards organizing an emergency call system - Sistema-112. To build the Sistema-112, the company proposed the CoordCom software and hardware complex (Ericsson), which has been successfully used in European practice in emergency call systems for more than 20 years. In March 2011, an agreement was signed with Ericsson to transfer the rights to CoordCom to CJSC SFERA to operate on the Russian market. The Company participates in state tenders for the design and organization of Sistema-112. Based on the results, a system project was developed for the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Tula region, a typical technical solution for the Vladimir region. In September, it is planned to hand over the pilot zone with the implemented KoordCom complex in the city of Glazov (Udmurtia).

2010

According to information as of October 2010, Sphere (CJSC) is a developer ON for law enforcement agencies Ministry of Defence(,,) and internal affairs emergencies Federal Migration Service

The company worked in the following areas of activity:

• development and implementation of replicated software products;
• development of specialized software;
• comprehensive solutions for building information systems;
• construction of telecommunication infrastructure, call centers, multiservice networks and video conferencing systems, telephony of objects of any complexity;
• construction of automated building engineering systems, including structured cable systems, fire and security systems, data center engineering systems, construction of communication nodes and operator-level networks;
• information security, categorization of information systems and data centers according to security requirements;
• comprehensive support for information systems.

The quality management system, certified in accordance with GOST R ISO 9001-2001, allows you to control the quality of works and services at each stage of the project.

Among the already completed applications of "Sphere" for their traditional customers are specialized personnel management (accounting for military pensioners), software for video conferencing "Spetsstroy," an accounting and financial accounting system for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
