2025: Sale of offices to Eksmo-AST Publishing Group

The structure of the publishing group Eksmo-AST"" acquired office space in the ASPACE Khoroshevskaya business center under construction in the north. Moscow The deal is estimated at approximately ₽7,2 billion. This was reported by the publication Kommersant with reference to three sources in the real estate market on October 24, 2025.

According to one of the interlocutors, the deal for the purchase and sale of 17 thousand square meters has already been closed. A representative of the developer of the ASPACE Development facility confirmed the disposal of a large amount of space in the business center. At the same time, he refused to disclose the participants and the details of the transaction.

A representative of the developer said that since the start of sales in May 2025, the bulk of office space has been implemented. Representatives of the Eksmo-AST publishing group declined to comment on the deal.

The Eksmo-AST publishing group is the largest in the Russian market in terms of the number of non-periodic publications. It brings together several publishing houses and marketplaces. The group includes Mann, Ivanov and Ferber, ABC-Atticus, Bombora. The company also owns the Litres e-book store and the leading Chitai Gorod-Bukvoed book chain.

The controlling shareholder and president of Eksmo-AST is Oleg Novikov. The group brings together two of the largest Russian publishing houses operating under their own brands.

ASPACE Khoroshevskaya Business Center is located on the highway of the same name. The building is located in the "Big City" area. This is the area around the Moscow City business cluster within the borders of Leningradsky and Kutuzovsky avenues.

The total area of ​ ​ the ASPACE Khoroshevskaya complex is 41 thousand square meters. Of these, 30 thousand square meters are office premises. Completion of the facility is planned at the end of 2027.[1]
