Administration of the Kosh-Agach region of the Altai Republic

Kosh-Agach district occupies the southeastern part of the Altai Republic. The local government body of the municipal district authorized to exercise municipal control is the Administration of the Kosh-Agach District Municipality of the Altai Republic. According to the Charter of the municipality "Kosh-Agach district" adopted in 2016^[1] belongs to the powers of the District Administration as a municipal control body:

• organization and implementation on the territory of the municipal district of inspections of compliance by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs with the requirements established by municipal legal acts;
• organization and implementation of regional state control (supervision) in the territory of the municipal district, the powers of which are vested in local governments;
• development and adoption of administrative regulations for the implementation of municipal control in the relevant areas of activity in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Altai Republic;
• organization and monitoring of the effectiveness of municipal control in the relevant areas of activity, the indicators and methodology of which were approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;
• exercise of other powers provided for by law.
