2023: Advent International buys BioPharma Solutions for $4.25 billion

Forescout purchase for $1.9 billion

On February 6, 2020, private equity firm Advent International announced the acquisition of Forescout Technologies for $1.9 billion. According to the terms of the agreement, the buyer will pay $33 for each share of the manufacturer of information security solutions, which is 17.9% more than the exchange rate of quotations by the closing of the exchange on February 5.
