Advent purchased Forescout for $1.9 billion
On February 6, 2020 the private investment company Advent International announced acquisition of Forescout Technologies for $1.9 billion Software of a term of agreement, the buyer will pay $33 for each share of the manufacture cybersecurity of solutions that is 17.9% more than stock exchange rate of quotations to closing of the exchange on February 5.
Closing of the transaction is planned on the second quarter 2020. At this Forescout the 30-day period during which the company can consider other offers and refuse the transaction with Advent is provided if receives more advantageous offer.
In case of execution of the transaction with Advent the Forescout company will stop being public. Its president and the CEO Michael DeCesare will remain at the head. The products Forescout are on sale in the Russian market through partners.
The company attracted Crosspoint Capital investment fund which within the transaction acts as the investor and the consultant to purchase which Advent is going to pay by means of money.[1]

However any of these transactions of Advent did not manage to be concluded because of low suggested price.
