2023: Creation of a complex for the production and repair of parts for aircraft

A complex for the production and repair of parts for aircraft for 0.5 billion rubles is being created in Solnechnogorsk. The project is being implemented by the international company AirTrans (provides services for the processing, storage and supply of goods in Russia and the CIS, as well as countries of Europe, Asia and Latin America), the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region reported on December 21, 2023.

An aviation cluster, including the production, repair and storage of parts for aircraft, is being created on the territory of the Esipovo industrial park, the management company of which is the Moscow Region Development Corporation. The launch of the facility is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.

As the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva said, more than 150 workplaces will be created at the new enterprise. There will be organized the production of spare parts, repair and restoration of components for civil aviation aircraft, such as aircraft wheels, emergency ladders and cabin components, oxygen filling, and will also launch a maintenance area for aircraft.

In addition to the production site and service area, AirTrans will launch its own design bureau, certified according to FAVT (Rosaviation) standards. At the first stage, the company will equip five boxes with an area of ​ ​ more than 4 thousand square meters. meters.

The Ministry of Investment near Moscow expects that the implementation of an investment project for the production of spare parts and components for civil aviation aircraft in the Esipovo industrial park will significantly replace the products of foreign manufacturers.^[1]
