Association of practicians tsifrovizatsiiya of APTs

The association concerning digitalization - is created for assistance to the companies in step-by-step transfer of business to digital model.

Main objectives of association

• Free distribution of the open platform of digitalization of "SpinOSa" using which the companies can turn process of the company into end-to-end digital, that having an opportunity to optimize it, to raise efficiency and controllability of business in general, reducing costs.
• Improvement of the platform own resources and using participants of community.
• Formation and continuous improvement of a technique of implementation of end-to-end digital processes on the basis of experience of founders, other members of Association and also experience of other companies using the platform or creating services for it.
• Formation and replenishment of the training programs and rates, internal and correspondence, for the purpose of increase in efficiency of application of the platform and carrying out digital transformation of a business model, acceleration of transition to a digital business model by the participating companies of Association.
• Interaction with the state and public organizations, regulating authorities of the country for the purpose of lifting of restrictions, the Russian companies which are slowing down transition to a digital business model and constraining digital interaction between Russia and other countries.
• Informing the interested audiences on opportunities of real digitalization and methods of transition to digital model, for what – carrying out paid and free online and offline actions, training, release of methodical and popular scientific literature for different audiences (owners of the companies, members of Boards of Directors public and private companies, the CEOs and top managers of the companies - potential or these users of the platform, the founders and top managers of supplier companies of services and microbusiness-services interested in integration into the SpinOSa platform).
• Development of standards of digitalization, joint with other members of Association, for users of the platform.
• Certification of services for their application based on the platform, certification of the implemented end-to-end processes and digital models of the enterprises in general.
• Advisory help with formation and strategy implementation of transition of the organizations to digital model of business and with implementation of end-to-end digital processes.
• Every possible promoting of advantages of transition to end-to-end digital processes and digital model of business.

• Sergey Klimash - the president of Association, the practician of reorganization and technology transformation of business in a number of the international companies (Metrogroupv of Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova, MARSV of Russia, China and Brazil, WincorNixdorfOil&Gasв Russia, DPDV of Russia), the author of a number of techniques and concepts in the field of technology transformation and digitalization of the enterprise, the Board member, the Senior Vice president for IT of Gloria Jeans company
• Veronika Gimenez is a chief executive of Association, one of the most famous marketing directors in the Russian IT market, the head of martech-club of APKIT, the director of strategic projects of CROC company.
• Alexander Martynov – the founder of Association, the owner and the CEO of the companies 7Tech and 7Pro, the banks having experience of implementation of the self-produced digital platform in a segment and insurance.
• Ilya Nikulin is a founder of Association, the owner and the CEO of Techart company, the head of the block of consulting on digitalization of marketing and HR in the company.

2020

On May 19, 2020, Moscow. The Association of Practicians of Digitalization (APD) announces start of work of management committee as changes. The purpose - increase in productivity of personnel at transfer of business to digital model.

Main vectors of work of committee

• methodology of acceptance by employees of changes at digital transformation of a business model;
• organization of the new forms of government by personnel and interactions;
• elimination of the delays of transition to a digital business model connected with personnel

Oksana Nabok, the managing partner of TrainYourBrain company, the teacher of the HSE, the member of Boards of Directors of the large international companies, the consultant, the business coach and the HR expert with 20-year length of service became the head of management committee changes.

The committee will be engaged in the analysis of the existing experiment on implementation of the platform of digital control of SpinOSa and creation of an algorithm of decrease in resistance and increase in efficiency of personnel at system implementation stages. Based on a pilot project the monitoring system of efficiency of the entered changes will be worked out.
