History

2025: Vkusville bought several IT companies from Avtomakon

The retail chain "" Vkusville completed the acquisition of several structures of the Avtomakon group of companies, including Avtomakon LLC, DataLab and Fulstek. Acquired enterprises for ten years were engaged in development information technology for the retailer. This became known in July 2025.

According to Kommersant, citing data from the SPARK-Interfax system, the total revenue of the three companies in 2024 amounted to ₽4,7 billion, net profit reached ₽561 million. A Vkusville spokesman confirmed that these structures were the retailer's key IT contractors.

Vkusville acquired several IT companies from Avtomakon

Infoline Analytics CEO Mikhail Burmistrov estimates the transaction value at ₽2,5 billion. Elena Varlamova, director of business and asset assessment practice at Neo, calls the amount in the range of ₽3-4 billion. The exact cost of the transaction is not disclosed by the participants in the transaction.

The ownership structure of Avtomakon Group of Companies includes 25% of the shares owned by Maxim Shirokov. The remaining 75% is distributed equally between Andrey Zezyulin and Nikolai Chirkov through AIK-Invest LLC. The group of companies specializes in the automation of retail and catering.

Avtomakon's activities cover video analytics, comprehensive robotization and automation of warehouse complexes and distribution centers. The company also develops mobile and web applications for various business segments.

Dmitry Aparshev, manager of Vkusville IT, explained that the assets were acquired to gain control over the administration of information systems and the management of development processes. This solution will allow in the future to gain synergy from combining development into product teams.

Dmitry Aparshev noted that the step is due to the high share of online sales in Vkusville, which exceeds 50%. IT tools have a significant impact on the entire company, making process control critical.[1]
