2021: Rockwell Automation bought Avata

At the end of 2021, Rockwell Automation announced the purchase of Avata at a price that the companies did not disclose. The detailed terms of the agreement have also not been made public, but it is known that Avata will join the Kalypso division, within which Rockwell Automation is developing a consulting business.
