According to Vedomosti, having familiarized himself with the data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN), the specialized developer Deguninskaya 5A, which is part of the Upside Development group, received the rights to a land plot of 0.84 hectares at the address: Leningradsky Prospekt, 37/3 ownership. The former owner of the object through the company "KR Plus" was entrepreneur Alexander Klyachin (owner of the Azimut Hotels chain) and the structure of Sberbank. A representative of Upside Development confirmed to Vedomosti the fact of the purchase.

Anton Kalistratov, Senior Director of the Assessment and Consulting Department of the Commonwealth Partnership, considers the market value of the facility to be 2.5-2.7 billion rubles. Maxim Chernyadyev, director of the land projects department at NF Group, believes that the transaction price amounted to about 5 billion rubles.

Earlier on this site, KR Properties planned to build a multifunctional Fly Tower complex with an area of ​ ​ 51.7 thousand square meters. m. He estimates the total investment in the project at 16.5 billion rubles.
