2021: Construction of 180 swimming pools in 10 years

In addition, another positive quality is that construction and installation work is significantly accelerated, and after the end of its service life, the pool can be completely disposed of.

BWT is installing some of the most advanced water treatment systems. One of these is ozonation. Before water enters the basin, it passes through many filtration stages - through a filter with activated carbon, quartz sand, fine and coarse gravel. Thereafter, the ozonation process in combination with chlorination breaks down and filters out all by-products associated with water chlorination in the basin and substantially increases the decontamination with the chlorine-containing reagent by substantially removing the bound chlorine. Ozone contributes to the process of coagulation of dissolved and undissolved contaminants and has the highest redox potential responsible for water disinfection. This allows to achieve the minimum permissible level of free chlorine in the basin according to sanitary rules and standards - less than 0.2 mg/l.

Our main mission is to give people clean water in various spheres of life. One of our directions is the construction of pools. When we build some other pool, the main task we are working on is to ensure that people stay in the water safely and qualitatively. 2020: Turnover - 1.9 billion rubles

On May 25, 2021, BWT shared the results of its work in 2020. General Director of BWT Russia, Pavel Buinovsky, spoke about the company, its achievements and the situation of the water treatment and water treatment market. For the first time, the speaker publicly revealed key areas of business. So, the turnover of BWT Russia in 2020 reached 1.9 billion rubles. In 2021, the company's management sets a high bar and plans to increase turnover by 27% to 2.4 billion rubles.

Representatives of the company spoke about the key facilities of the basin direction. One of the important ongoing projects was the northernmost water complex in the world as part of the Russian military base Arctic Trilistnik. This structure, located behind the Arctic Circle, is designed for sports of all personnel of the base. It also announced the implementation of two large-scale projects in the next year: the construction of pools in the Palace of Water Sports in Yekaterinburg and in the multifunctional sports complex Basket Hall in Krasnodar.

BWT firmly occupies more than 50% of the water treatment market in the pharmaceutical sector. This was told by the head of the pharmaceutical direction - Sergey Movsesov. Of the current projects, he noted the especially important water treatment of the production of the Sputnik V vaccine from COVID-19 in Technopolis Moscow.

BWT has a wide portfolio of projects in the industrial sector. Mars Petrov, director of the engineering department, spoke about them. Among the important facilities with water treatment BWT are two meat processing plants in Kursk and two similar ones in Bryansk.
