Dispute with Arbait over trademarks

Statement on the production of equipment under the ARBYTE trademark

At the end of October 2025, Byte LLC issued a press release stating that their company had become the "new copyright holder" of the ARBYTE trademark, and since 2025 its own production of equipment under this brand^[3] launched^[4].

The company is actively investing in research and development, and the ARBYTE trademark will be used to expand the range of products and services offered by Byte LLC, the statement said.

The company refers to the fact that the trademarks "ARBAIT "/" ARBYTE" (certificates No. 208417, 349511, 770979) in the territory of the Russian Federation are officially registered for an individual - Shinkar I.A., and "Bayt" has the right to use them on the basis of the current agreement with the copyright holder (IP Shinkar I.A.).
