Dispute with Arbait over trademarks

Statement on the production of equipment under the ARBYTE trademark

At the end of October 2025, Byte LLC issued a press release stating that their company had become the "new copyright holder" of the ARBYTE trademark, and since 2025 its own production of equipment under this brand[3] launched[4].

The company refers to the fact that the trademarks "ARBAIT "/" ARBYTE" (certificates No. 208417, 349511, 770979) in the territory of the Russian Federation are officially registered for an individual - Shinkar I.A., and "Bayt" has the right to use them on the basis of the current agreement with the copyright holder (IP Shinkar I.A.).
