Burgernye #FARШ is a restoranformat of fast food. It is called "fast-buzzing" that can be translated as "quickly and well". The project was started by Novikov Group together with agro-industrial holding "Miratorg". The first restaurant opened in 2015. In two years the network grew to 6 burgerny and is going to extend further. According to the leading restaurateurs, now #Farш one of the most perspective concepts of a stritfud among network projects.
Miratorg is an exclusive supplier of meat for burgerny #FARШ. In 2016 the company started a separate line of processing of bonus beef "Black Angus" which is made from bull-calves Aberdeen - the Angus breed. Up to 12 months of an angusa are grown up on a free pasture. Then they are moved on the feedlot where bull-calves pass to the special balanced diet in which there is no chemistry, antibiotics, hormones and steroids.
