History
2024
Opening a farm for breeding horses
On October 7, 2024, the Miratorg agro-industrial holding announced the launch of a project to create its own coneferm in the Oryol region. The new facility is designed to breed horses to be used in managing cattle herds on the company's farms.
According to Miratorg, the company already owns 1,600 horses, of which 90 heads make up the breeding stock. The project to breed them has been going on for several years, and the offspring is actively used in work. The new coneferm will allow each year to replenish the herd with 70-80 heads, which will fully satisfy the company's needs for horses on the farms of the meat project in six regions of Russia.
Horses play a key role in managing cattle herds. They help operators move animals between pastures over hundreds of hectares, catch cattle on lasso to perform veterinary procedures, ensuring mobility and control over livestock on farms.
Previously, the company acquired horses abroad and in Karachay-Cherkessia, but since 2024 it has focused on its own breeding. In 2012, Miratorg purchased horses of the Quarterhors breed, which are distinguished by easy learning, efficiency and intelligence. As a result of their crossing with Caucasian horses, it was possible to obtain more obedient, adaptive and intelligent animals that are better suited to work on the company's farms.
The main goal of the project is to preserve the Quarterhors breed with the necessary genetic characteristics. This will ensure high quality of work at all stages of production and continue the development of the company's agricultural capacity.
By the end of 2024, it is planned to renovate a previously acquired facility to support horses, which will allow the company to manage the herd more efficiently. The new coneferm will provide horse requirements for farms of the Miratorg meat project in the Bryansk, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Oryol, Smolensk and Tula regions. [2]

Launch of a new wholesale distribution center for 3.8 billion rubles
On November 28, 2023, Miratorg announced the launch of a new wholesale distribution center (ORC) in the Belgorod Region with a capacity of 30 thousand pallet meters of one-time storage. About 3.8 billion rubles were invested in this project.
According to the press service of Miratorg, the logistics center in the Korochansky district of the region made it possible to create an additional 150 jobs. It is expected that tax deductions from the work of the enterprise will amount to 160 million rubles a year. The capacity of the warehouse is declared at 120 pallets/hour or 1400 tons/day. The products are stored at a temperature of - 21 ° C on an area of 12 thousand m2, rack storage and the use of narrow-passage equipment are implemented.
It is noted that the wholesale distribution center was built near the pork slaughter and processing complex and is designed to ensure stable supplies of high-quality meat products with export potential.
Also, on the territory of the ORC, it is planned to launch a zone of shock freezing of meat products, which will increase the volume of wholesale and export supplies. In addition to the fact that shock freezing technology allows for long shelf life, with rapid exposure to low temperatures, meat fully retains its beneficial properties after defrosting. The company plans to commission the equipment in the first quarter of 2024.
The development of logistics infrastructure is a priority task in modern conditions to increase the competitiveness of domestic products. The ORC will ensure stable supplies of products not only across the country, but also for export. We are grateful to the Government of the Belgorod Region, thanks to the effective support of which the implementation of this project has become possible. Of course, such projects allow businesses to develop more confidently in the current economic conditions, "said Viktor Linnik, President of the Miratorg APP.[3] |
2022

Hacker attack
Probably, this incident is a manifestation of the information and economic "total war" that the collective west unleashed against Russia, the Rosselkhoznadzor said in a statement. |
Most likely, the listed business entities will not be able to issue production and transport eVSDs within several days, the Rosselkhoznadzor said in a statement. |
As of March 22, 2022, no information was published on the official website of the holding about the elimination of the consequences of the attack. Rosselkhoznadzor also warned that this incident would not be the last.
trojan Win32: Bitlocker/l! rsm was used for a hacker attack. It ciphers files is in the disk system of infected computers (workstations and). As servers a result, those on your computer data cannot be read or used.
Most often, this approach is used by blackmailers who are trying to sell the decryption key to the victim of the attack. The Rosselkhoznadzor notes that until March 17, 2022, Miratorg did not receive messages offering a ransom. Therefore, the supervisory authority calls this attack an IT terrorist attack, which is aimed exclusively at malicious targets.
To resolve the current situation, the Rosselkhoznadzor proposed to Miratorg "taking into account the reputation of the holding," to move controlled goods unaccompanied by the eVSD. This applies only to goods that are not live animals and biological waste. The measure will be in effect until the consequences of the attack are eliminated.
When moving live animals and biological waste, the MPA must be issued on paper with subsequent entry into information systems[5].
