As a part of infrastructure of Spark of 14,893 ground satellite stations with central nodes of communication in Khabarovsk and Moscow. The operator renders services on the platform Jupiter Hughes, iDirect evolution, SCPC.
"The satellite Internet in high-frequency KA range has big perspectives of development. But for work in this market three federal VSAT operators have technical and financial capabilities only. The SubVNO model is a new driver of development for a set of other telecom operators. They will be able to unroll the network based on our infrastructure and to avoid essential capital costs. Notes
- ↑ SubVNO – an alternative of provision of services on data transmission in the Ku-range. In particular, the Jupiter platform works in KA range on the satellites "Express AM5", "Express AM6" and allows to provide the broadband Internet at a speed up to 100 Mbps. Thanks to it virtual operators can receive in KA range 2-4 times more resource, than in the Ku-range, for the same investments. VNO is the trend allowing participants to minimize costs and to increase profit due to sharing of resources. Virtual operators can make inclusion in network of the stations, conduct monitoring of working capacity, manage stations via the web interface developed by CB Iskra, safety of connection is ensured by the encoded channel of access. Besides, additional services can be provided to the virtual operator: billing and DPI (filtering of network packets on their contents).
