Development of PO/CEE-SECR

The Software development conference, or CEE-SECR (Central and Eastern European Software Engineering Confrence in Russia), became the major event in the industry of software development. In addition to the status 'international scientific and practical', it is independent of any uniform organizer / sponsor that allows to discuss all range of technologies, methodologies, tools and also the general for all a problem of training, project management, business development, promotion on international market and so forth.

Since 2011 the conference is held by Internet Help company.

In the 2013th year the conference brought together 790 participants, and thanks to active information support of profile media and portals, the general scope made more than one million IT professional and developers of Russia and the countries of Europe.
