2024: Opening of the Cedrus Innovation Center on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center

Cedrus, a manufacturer of modified dry building mixtures, paints and industrial solutions, has opened the Cedrus Innovation partner center on the territory of the Skolkovo innovation center. The corresponding agreement was signed by Deputy Chairman of the Board for Work with Partners of the Skolkovo Foundation Alexei Parshikov and CEO of Sedrus Vladimir Dokuchaev during the demo day of the acceleration program in the field of Build UP development. The center will carry out research activities to create new innovative solutions for, construction industries among other things, contributing to the implementation of the main government initiatives on the to import substitution development of "green production" and construction in the Arctic zone. 

For the new product to resonate with the market, a well-thought-out strategy for its implementation and the launch of serial production is needed. It is here that the task of creating a balanced ecosystem comes to the fore, uniting not only small technology companies and end customers who help determine the right direction of product development, but also large production companies such as Cedrus, whose competencies and experience will allow you to get the maximum synergistic effect of the ecosystem of Skolkovo participants. Startups often lack operational contacts with manufacturers who know how to produce products in series. The Cedrus Research Center will significantly increase the synergistic effect of the Skolkovo ecosystem, which will undoubtedly have an impact on the construction industry of the Russian Federation as a whole, said Alexey Parshikov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Work with Partners of the Skolkovo Foundation (ВЭБ.РФ Group).
