History

2020: Areas of activity of CIT of Vologda Oblast

As of May 2020, the Information Technology Center, a budgetary institution in the field of information technology in the Vologda Oblast, operates in the following areas:

• electronic computing equipment, server, network and peripheral equipment and ensuring the functioning of automated information systems and network infrastructure of the executive state authorities of the region;
• to access the information telecommunication network, Internet telephone communication with the exception of government long-distance communication, automatic telephone communication of bodies; state power RUSSIAN FEDERATION
• communication services for television and radio broadcasting purposes.

2016: Functions of CIT Vologda Oblast

As of April 2016, among the functions of the "Center for Information Technologies" of the Vologda Oblast:

• electronic computing equipment, server, network and peripheral equipment and ensuring the functioning of automated information systems and network infrastructure of the executive state authorities of the region (Resolution of the Governor of the region dated 28.06.2012 No. 358);
• access to the information and telecommunication network of the Internet, telephone communication, with the exception of government long-distance communication, automatic telephone communication of state authorities of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Governor of 22.01.2013 No. 43);
• communication services for the purposes of television broadcasting and broadcasting (Decree of the Governor dated No. 431).

2015: Agreement on the implementation of the Regional Information Center project

As part of the International Investment Forum, SOChI-2015 signed an agreement in October 2015 between the Governor of the Vologda Region Oleg Kuvshinnikov and the President of UEC JSC Aleksei Popov on cooperation and implementation of the project to create a Regional Information Center (RIC).

JSC "RIC Vologda Oblast" will be a joint venture of the federal authorized organization of JSC "UEC" and the Government of the Vologda Oblast on the organization of payment services in the field of housing and communal services and public passenger transport. Pilot projects will be launched in the city of Cherepovets and the Gryazovets district of the Vologda region. The main areas of activity of the company will be:

• service of the operator of a unified regional information system, leading electronic passports of houses and a reference database on participants in the housing and communal services market, with the prospect of integration into the state information system of housing and communal services (GIS housing and communal services);
• services for calculating payments, organizing the collection and splitting of payments for housing and communal services, including contributions to the capital repair fund;
• a service for calculating social support measures for housing and utilities;
• introduction of a single payment document on the territory of the Vologda Oblast, including in electronic form, to organize mutual settlements between suppliers and consumers of housing and communal services.

"The regional information and settlement center will not only make it possible to analyze the data of payments, debts, the state of the housing stock, but will also become an instrument of public control, similar to the public procurement system, for citizens and organizations," said Oleg Kuvshinnikov, Governor of the Vologda Region. "Thus, we are systematically approaching the achievement of the main goal - to make the sphere of housing and communal services understandable and absolutely transparent!"
