Buying from the Chinese a share of 50% in the Pearl Plaza shopping center in St. Petersburg

Shanghai Industrial Investment Company (SIIC) sold its 50% stake in the Pearl Plaza shopping center in the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg. The deal in November 2025 was confirmed by Denis Stepanov, president of the investment company Central Properties. The mall has no foreign owners left. The owner of the facility, in addition to SIIC, was the Finnish SRV Group. In 2022, the Finnish company decided to leave Russia. She agreed to sell her share with Prospekt Group from Yekaterinburg, then half of the complex was transferred to the investment company Central Properties. Read more here

In April 2025, the investment company Central Properties buys a warehouse complex in Dmitrov near Moscow with an area of ​ ​ 243,000 square meters. m.
