History

2020: Renamed "City Hospital No. 4"

By order of the Ministry of Health of the Kaliningrad Region dated January 29, 2020 No. 43 "On renaming a medical organization" The State Budgetary Health Institution of the Kaliningrad Region "City Polyclinic No. 2" was renamed the State Budgetary Health Institution of the Kaliningrad Region "City Hospital^[1] of the State Budgetary ^[1]4.

2018: Reorganization

In accordance with the order of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region of June 29, 2018 No. 118-rp "On the reorganization of certain state institutions of the Kaliningrad Region," reorganization was carried out by joining the "City Polyclinic No. 2" of the "City Polyclinic No. 1" and the "Multidisciplinary Center of the Kaliningrad^[2].

2011: Transfer to the state ownership of the Kaliningrad region

By order of the Ministry of Health of the Kaliningrad Region dated December 23, 2011 No. 435 "On the Admission of Municipal Health Institutions to the State Ownership of the Kaliningrad Region," the municipal health institution "City Polyclinic No. 2" was renamed the State Budgetary Health Institution of the Kaliningrad Region "City Polyclinic No. 2."

2009: Renamed "City Polyclinic No. 2"

In accordance with the order of October 16, 2009, the "City Polyclinic No. 2 of the Leningradsky District" was renamed the municipal health institution "City Polyclinic No. 2."

1986: Creation of the "City Polyclinic No. 2 of the Leningrad Region"

The institution was created in November 1986 as the "City Polyclinic No. 2 of the Leningrad Region."
