We aim to expand the scope of Xerox IT services to offer our customers automation, digitization and security to reduce operating costs, improve reliability and performance. The capabilities and scale of C2 will help accelerate our growth by creating new opportunities to support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses, "says Joanne Collins, chief commercial specialist, SMB and Xerox distribution channels.

Xerox added that this acquisition will provide convincing long-term financial and strategic benefits. As strategic plans suggest, Xerox never relented, despite market shocks caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak.

According to experts, the market collapse caused by the global outbreak of COVID-19 coronavirus forced many companies to press the pause button in mergers and acquisitions, undermining the hopes of corporate consultants, who were expecting many successful deals in 2021. The printing industry is in decline as companies and consumers turn to digital documents to save money and protect the environment. This has led companies in this sector to consolidate and reverse revenue declines through acquisitions that could increase their market share.[1]
