2022: Xerox bought Powerland

In early February 2022, Xerox bought Powerland. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed. Powerland serves customers across Canada and provides a wide range of technology solutions and services based on individual business needs. The deal is aimed at strengthening the offerings of Xerox IT services - cloud computing, cybersecurity, end-user computing and managed services in North America.
