2021: Arrest of Jalal Suleimanov

Investigators have intensified the investigation of embezzlement from Credit-Moscow Bank. In September 2021, as part of the investigation, the first person involved was arrested - a native of Dagestan, Jalal Suleymanov. Two days before the collapse of the bank, the rights of claim to 549 companies and individuals for almost 2  billion rubles were transferred to him. He already collected debts from clients on his Makhachkala details.

According to investigators, the bank's cash desk was empty after Gennady Gatsukov received more than 3.4  billion rubles in it. His name appeared in the "Titov list," but later he was removed. A year earlier, Gatsukov was detained in Hungary at the request of the prosecutor's office. The banker applied to the local authorities for political asylum.

2016: License revocation

Since July 22, 2016, the Bank of Russia revoked its license from Moscow Credit-Moscow Bank. The license from the bank was revoked after it completely lost its capital. An interim administration has been appointed to the bank. As of July 1, 2016, in terms of assets, he ranked 285th in the banking system of Russia.
