The A. Lyulka Development Bureau, a branch of PJSC "ODK-UMPO," is a domestic enterprise for the development of aircraft turbojet engines, power plants for aircraft and stationary power drives for gas pumping units and power plants.

History

2013: Joining the Ufa Motor-Building Production Association

Joining OKB named after A. Lyulka and Lytkarinsky Machine-Building Plant as branches to the Ufa Engine-Building Production Association.

1946: Creation of a development base under the leadership of Arkhip Mikhaylovich Lyulka

By Government Decree No. 472-191 of 26.02.1946 and Order No. 182 of 30.03.1946, Minister of Aviation Industry of the USSR M.V. Khrunichev, State Union Plant No. 165 was transferred to the 8th Main Directorate of MAP for the development of a development base for jet engines. Arkhip Mikhaylovich Lyulka was appointed chief designer and responsible manager of the plant.
