Diasoft Service (before LIPS Services)

In January, 2016 announced Diasoft entry into the structure of group of the new company - "LIPS Services", engaged in service maintenance and repair of the bank equipment in the territory of Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Republics of Khakassia, Tyva and Sakha (Yakutia). For the end of 2015 in "LIPS Service" 65 people worked. The head office is in Moscow, branch in Krasnoyarsk, warehouses in Norilsk, Achinsk and Yakutsk, told TAdviser in Diasoft.

The company services ATMs NCR, Nautilus Hyosung Wincor Nixdorf, Diebold, Discovery and information payment terminals of different producers. Clients of "LIPS Services" are Sberbank also other Russian banks.

Transaction amount does not reveal. Terms of transaction assume receiving Diasoft of the blocking packet at the conclusion of the transaction and control at accomplishment of certain conditions, told TAdviser in the company.

The procedure of accession will be completed by renaming of the company in "Diasoft Service", operational management of which will undertake acting the CEO of "LIPS Services" Marina Troshenkova, reported in Diasoft.

The strategic management will be assigned to managing committee into which representatives of Board of Directors of Diasoft group will enter.

We are sure that emergence of the new directions will allow us to propose to the market the innovative complete solutions, the new level of service and the approach to problem solving of the banking sector optimized on costs – Alexander Glazkov, the chairman of the board of directors of Diasoft group says.

Diasoft is going to expand the list of regions in which will provide services. Diasoft told TAdviser that expansion both due to organic growth, and due to partnership with the local companies, in the subsequent is possible their acquisition. The company and the list of the rendered services is going to increase. First of all, due to expansion of a range of the serviced equipment.
