2023: Purchase of 15% of Digital Expertise by the Team Force Alliance Foundation

Team Force Alliance Foundation, created for investments small in the medium-sized IT business, acquired 15% of Digital Expertise, the developer of the corporate treasury process management system. Within the framework of the Digital Expertise technological partnership with portfolio companies of the Team Force Alliance investment fund, it is planned to scale up the FinAxio project, as well as develop a comprehensive system integration service when introducing the product.

According to Pavel Stepanov, General Director of Digital Expertise JSC, a partnership with the Team Force Alliance Foundation will form a portfolio of products and services based on the domestic technological stack to implement a strategy to offer customers a comprehensive solution for digitalizing the corporate treasury.

"According to our forecasts, in a year the Digital Expertise company will be estimated at half a billion rubles due to joint development with the Alliance," the top manager said.

As the founder of Team Force Alliance Ruslan Gainanov said, the fund invests in the development of Open Source solutions, outsourcing and outstaffing IT companies with annual revenues of up to 2 billion rubles and high growth potential.
