2020: First Platform Information

On June 2, 2020, it became known about a new mega-project of e-government, which is being prepared in Russia. It is reported in the current version of the National Economic Recovery Plan of the Russian Federation.

The platform called "Digital Productivity Technologies," as reported by the TASS Information Agency of Russia with reference to the document, will include a mechanism for collecting and replicating the best Russian and international practices in the field of increasing labor productivity.

The government is preparing a new megaproject for e-government services

In addition, it is planned to create another platform within the framework of the e-government infrastructure for the exchange of data between citizens and organizations in electronic form, including for the provision of financial services and services.

The authorities plan to launch the Gospochta service for the complete digitalization of document management, and a platform for issuing any licenses and permits for business on the Unified Portal of Public Services. This platform should ensure that applications can be submitted electronically without the need for face-to-face requests. Also, on the basis of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, it is planned to create a national system of legally significant electronic notifications. In addition, it is planned to create a digital platform with information on the possibilities and measures of state support for young people.

It also follows from the National Economic Recovery Plan of the Russian Federation that in order to ensure digital interaction between economic entities, it is necessary to introduce an electronic format for the provision of notarial services and create a unified register of digital powers of attorney.

Another proposal of the Government of the Russian Federation is to create a platform on the basis of the Unified Portal of Public Services, which will allow signing agreements between individuals and legal entities, including services for interaction with banks as part of obtaining preferential loans.[1]
