2023: Attracting 11 million rubles of investments

The private investment company Startech.Partners on December 20, 2023 announced a deal with the technology project of the Doubleby coffee chain - the latest generation vending machines for the sale of hot drinks Doubleby Innovation. Presumably, the company is adding a scalable direction to prepare for an IPO in 2025. This is the fourth deal from the current Startech.Partners fund. Rocket Founders and private investors also participated in the round. Rocket Founders - venture builder and operator of 2-4 issues of the Venture Academy Fund Moscow Innovation Cluster.

The deal became one of the largest in the market in terms of the number of participants, more than 30 private investors, participants in the 4 flow of the Venture Academy of the MIC Foundation took part in the syndicate. The size of the transaction amounted to more than 11 million rubles. To this deal, Startech.Partners and Rocket Founders have developed in Russian law a scalable, easily managed and efficient SPV scheme.

According to investors, this is just the beginning of the partnership. Startech and Rocket Founders plan to scale the round-closing model by dozens of investors. They will continue to jointly finance technological solutions in 2023. This will help increase the investment check for one project and at the same time create more comfortable conditions for startups, since they do not have to independently look for investors in the foreign market.
