Launch of production of robotic solutions

Dronshab Group has launched the Robot Factory in the capital - the production of full-cycle robotic solutions to the customer's needs. Solutions at the factory can be made both in single copies and mass-produced. This was announced on October 25, 2024 by the general director of the company Maxim Tomskikh.

Dronshab Group specialists design and produce robots for various tasks throughout the development cycle: preparation of a technical solution with the necessary functionality, elaboration of the concept, design and 3D model of the future, robot development of design documentation and assembly drawings, development of circuitry, on-board and, server software production and assembly of products at their production facilities, as well as training of customer personnel and technical support.

{{quote 'Various ground-based autonomous robotic platforms, automated and autonomous electrical equipment for warehouse, utility, monitoring and patrol tasks are designed and manufactured at the factory. Among them, for example, unmanned snow removal and watering machines, rovers for the transportation and delivery of goods, electric cars for camp sites and recreation parks, tracked platforms for cleaning territories. We discuss with the customer what and why he needs, what scenarios of work need to be implemented, what functionality is required. Everything else is on our specialists: from design, drawings, on-board control software to the production of the finished product, - said Maxim Tomskikh. }}

Robotic solutions will be produced in single copies or in series. For this, the Factory has all the necessary industrial equipment. The equipment allows you to fulfill various orders efficiently and in a short time.

In October 2024, the Robot Factory is already working on several orders from several companies.

Launch of production of docking stations for drones and delivery robots

In Russia, in September 2024, the country's first production of docking stations for drones and delivery robots began. This project was implemented by the Moscow company Dronshab, which is a participant in the NTI Aeronet market. According to the general director of the company Maxim Tomsky, such docking stations will solve the problem of delivering goods of the "last mile" in conditions where ordinary drone ports cannot cope.

According to RIA Novosti, the key feature of these docking stations is their bilateral purpose: the upper part is intended for landing drones, and the lower part is intended for parking wheeled rovers. Thus, after the unmanned aerial vehicle delivers the cargo, the rover takes it and moves it to the final recipient. The rover operates autonomously or under the control of an operator who can be anywhere in the country. It is important that the docking station performs simultaneously the functions of a hangar for rovers, where they can recharge and receive new tasks.

Russia's first production of drone docking stations launched

Maxim Tomskikh also added that such developments have no analogues in the Russian market yet. Dronshab plans to introduce them at three Russian industrial sites. This step will significantly improve the efficiency of logistics, especially in limited conditions where conventional drones face difficulties in delivery.

The delivery rover, developed by Dronshab, is capable of carrying goods weighing up to 150 kg at speeds up to 20 km/h. Battery life without recharging is up to 6 hours. While moving, the rover transmits the video stream to the operator, which allows you to control the delivery process in real time. This makes the system flexible and convenient for both automatic mode and remote control.[1]
