The eLama.ru project (ADV-service LLC) represents an online service for convenient work about Yandex.Direct and Google.Adwords for small and medium business allowing advertisers it is essential to save time and to optimize budgets of the advertizing campaigns (April, 2014).

History

2020: Searches on the case of non-payment of taxes

On March 5, 2020 Kommersant reported that law enforcement authorities carried out searches at the St. Petersburg office of the eLama company specializing in creation of contextual advertizing. According to online edition "Фонтанка.ру", investigative actions were connected with case of non-payment of taxes.

Criminal case under Article 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (tax avoidance or charges) was initiated by investigative department of Vyborgsky district GSU ICR across St. Petersburg. According to the edition, the companies impute non-payment of taxes on 28 million rubles. Searches passed in office on Tsvetochnaya Street from 11 a.m.

The eLama company is engaged in creation of contextual advertizing "Yandex.Direct" and Google Ads, among their clients there are a large online store Ozon.ru, the international trade brand making cosmetic Veet depilators, the international producer home appliances Redmond. Offices of the company are located in To Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2014 in service about $800 thousand were invested by the ImpulseVC fund connected with Roman Abramovich's structures. It was planned that this money will spend for product development and integration with the Sape exchange.

Revenues of legal entity eLama of ADV-service LLC for 2018 were more than 8 billion rubles. The CEO of the company is Maxim Gorbachev, and Elama Global Pte Ltd registered in Singapore appears the founder. Its revenue makes $12 million for March, 2020[1].

2014

Number of active clients of service - over 1.5 thousand advertisers

For April, 2014 regular active customers of service are more than 1,500 advertisers. The demand of the product eLama.ru is confirmed by growth of turnover which annually increases by 2.5 times (for 150% a year).

Investments of $800 thousand from Impulse VC

On April 14, 2014 the eLama.ru service announced the transaction with Impulse VC investment fund. Under the terms of the agreement the fund invests 800 thousand dollars of the USA in a minority stake in service of automation of contextual advertizing eLama.ru.

In further plans of the company - integration with Sape, the largest service for search promotion. Synchronization of SEO and contextual advertizing will allow clients of Sape to spend more effectively funds and for search promotion, and for a context.
