Eidos Medicine is a Kazan company founded in 2012 that produces medical simulators. Eidos Medicine produces robot patients on which doctors learn to provide first aid and anesthesia, and virtual simulators for working out surgical interventions.

2020: Third place in the ranking of the largest medtech companies in Russia

2019: Loan from AK Bars Bank on bail of 18% of the company
At the end of August 2019, it became known about the loan that AK Bars Bank issued to the manufacturer of medical simulators Eidos Medicine on security of a stake in 18% of the company. Under the terms of the agreement, the resident of Skolkovo will have to return the funds within a year. What amount is involved is not specified.
According to the portal Vademecum, information about the encumbrance of an 18 percent stake in Eidos Medicine is stated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. According to co-owner and CEO Lenar Valeev, Eidos Medicine takes credit for the production and supply of medical simulators to customers. Among them are medical universities that need simulators to conduct an accreditation exam. In 2018, the company entered into contracts for 529 million rubles.
Lenar Valeev noted that Eidos Medicine seeks to ensure the uninterrupted operation of simulators in the training process and minimize the organizational processes associated with the search for additional components or consumables (replaceable skin, intubation tubes, artificial blood, replaceable limb modules) necessary for the development of relevant practical skills.
By the end of August 2019, the equipment of Eidos Medicine was installed in the simulation centers of the CIS countries, the USA, Europe, Brazil, China and Japan.
According to SPARK-Interfax, Lenara Valeyeva owns a 46% stake in Eidos Medicine LLC, 18% is at the disposal of Vladimir Andryashin, 25.02% is owned by Ramil Zainullin, Dmitry Novikov - 10.98% (data at the end of August 2019).[1]
