2019: Konica Minolta purchased Eines Systems

On July 3, 2019 it became known that Konica Minolta purchased the Spanish company Eines Systems, the producer and the supplier of automatic systems of quality check. Thanks to the transaction of Konica Minolta will be able to accelerate start of the direction of visual control for automotive industry.

The division of Konica Minolta on production of measuring devices proposes products and solutions on the basis of optical technologies by means of which customers can measure parameters of color of objects and light sources. Their development is conducted since then when the company was known as the producer of cameras.

Konica Minolta expands the customer base in the market of LCD and LED displays, important for the company. Within growth strategy the company develops technologies and solutions for automation of a number of processes demanded in the automotive industry industry.

The Eines Systems company acquired strong examination and is one of leaders in development of automated systems for visual control and industrial automation for the automotive industry.

Thanks to the transaction of Konica Minolta will continue to develop the direction of optical checking and will provide growth in the market of solutions for automotive industry. The company owns the global customer base in the sector of measurement of parameters of color and light, worldwide network of branches and also own optical technologies and technologies of processing of color. The transaction with Eines Systems will allow to integrate developments of the companies and to achieve synergy effect.
