One of the directions in the development and production of secondary power sources (IWEP) is the use of ERI in ceramic and glass-metal cases, which allows the use of products in conditions of exposure to special factors. The use of Electroninvest products makes it possible to create secondary power supply systems with high stability of technical characteristics in any operating conditions.

Another area of ​ ​ production is the serial production of electrical connectors with a gold and silver contact coating.

History

2022: Development of 300 types of secondary power sources

The resident of the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow" company "Electroninvest" created and launched the production of almost 300 secondary power sources. This was announced on October 12, 2022 by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Electroninvest Group of Companies produces power modules that are created exclusively from Russian components and can replace foreign modules. They are used in computing, on-board equipment, in the latest generation of rocket carriers, provide the necessary voltage for the stable operation of electronics in space.

The resident of the capital SEZ, the Electroninvest enterprise specializes in the development and serial production of devices for special-purpose power systems. During this time, the engineers of the enterprise invented and established mass production of almost 300 types of secondary power sources. In total, the company manufactured and shipped more than 500 thousand units of finished products, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Localization at the Alabushevo site of the capital's SEZ allows the company to produce more than 50 thousand units of products per year. At the same time, up to 250 contracts are executed here.

During work at the Alabushevo site of the Moscow SEZ, the resident's investments exceeded 400 million rubles. At the same time, during the residency, sales revenue amounted to almost 1.8 billion rubles. As of October 2022, more than 200 jobs were created at the enterprise. Also, for the entire time, 50 students underwent specialized internships, some of whom remained to work at the enterprise. This is a clear example of the fact that customs and tax benefits, ready-made infrastructure provided to residents of the capital's SEZ, over five years of work on its territory contributed to the achievement of serious economic and production successes, "said Gennady Degtev, General Director of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ.

2021: Receiving a subsidy from the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the development of electronic components

A resident of the special economic zone "Technopolice Moscow" received a subsidy from the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the development of new electronic components, the production of which contributes to import substitution in domestic electronics. This was announced on December 8, 2021 by the general director of the capital's SEZ Gennady Dogtev.

The Electroninvest Group of Companies has been a resident of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ since 2017 and is part of the energy efficient technology cluster. Thanks to the modern infrastructure and convenient logistics of the special economic zone of Moscow, the resident is fully focused on the implementation of his projects for the production and development of secondary power supplies and medical equipment. The company's production facilities located on the territory of the SEZ make it possible to produce more than 50 thousand units of products per year. The implementation of the next comprehensive project makes it possible to effectively solve the problems of import substitution, and also provides innovative developments involving obtaining patents, "said Gennady Dogtev.

According to the project, JSC "Group of Companies" Electroninvest "develops and develops serial production of unified sources of secondary power supply, exclusively using the Russian element base, for computer equipment, on-board equipment of next-generation missile carriers, aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles. A number of products developed within the framework of the project allow pin-to-pin replacement of foreign-made power modules - that is, to replace these modules with domestic options quickly and without compromising the workflow.

In 2021, JSC Electroninvest Group of Companies entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which gives the company the right to receive a subsidy from the federal budget to cover part of the costs of creating an electronic component base and modules within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of the electronic and radio-electronic industry."
