Expert Network of Medical Centers

Expert Group of Companies as of June 2023 is represented in 49 cities and includes 69 medical institutions. Each of them has its own staff who perform the same operations. In addition, the group of companies has concluded more than 1,500 contracts with legal entities, including 500 with insurance companies.

History

2025: "Mother and Child" bought GC "Expert" for ₽8,5 billion

MKPAO "MD Medical Group," managing the network of clinics "Mother and Child," acquired 100% in the capital of LLC "MC Expert," which owns a network of clinics of the federal network of medical centers of GC "Expert." The transaction amount amounted to ₽8,5 billion with payment by own funds. This was reported in the company's materials in May 2025. The revenue of clinics included in the perimeter of the transaction in 2024 totaled ₽6,4 billion, an increase of 18.5% compared to ₽5,4 billion in 2023.

According to Interfax, the perimeter of the transaction is not burdened with bank financing. The deal was approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The deal will include three hospitals and 18 clinics in 13 cities of Russia with a total area of ​ ​ 33,595 square meters. The capacity of clinics allows you to carry out more than 2 million visits to specialists and provide 20 thousand bed days a year. The total number of clinic staff is 2.9 thousand people.

The acquired network includes 10 clinical and diagnostic centers that, along with MRI and CT services, provide outpatient medical care and consulting and diagnostic services in various medical profiles. These centers are located in the cities of Borisoglebsk, Voronezh, Kaliningrad, Kursk, Rostov-on-Don, Smolensk, Tver, Tula and Khabarovsk.

The deal also includes eight diagnostic center format clinics specializing in MRI and CT services in Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk, Perm, Shakhty, Kursk and Tver. Additionally, the perimeter includes three hospitals in Irkutsk, Novosibirsk and Perm. In addition to the services of clinical and diagnostic centers, these medical institutions provide services of a 24-hour hospital and expanded surgery.

Expert Group is a federal network of medical centers that combines diagnostic centers specializing in magnetic resonance imaging and multifunctional medical centers. The group's divisions are located in three countries - Russia, Armenia and Uzbekistan. The network includes 17 clinics under the "Clinic Expert" brand and 46 diagnostic centers under the "MRI Expert" brand^[1]
