2021: Inclusion in FGC Group

On March 29, 2021, the FGC Group of Companies announced the inclusion of a business unit in its structure - FGC Finishing Technologies. The company will specialize in finishing work of the full cycle: from the creation of an apartment design project, to the preparation of the object for settlement.

We have a flexible approach to the organization of our activities. Thanks to the digitalization of all business processes, we will not have to maintain a large staff of repair teams. We plan to form a separate team of specialists for each project. In addition, the full cycle of work that we will provide for our customers will allow us to exercise clear control at each stage and ensure the high quality of our product, "says Ilya Shumsky, Executive Director of FGC Finishing Technologies.

The company actively promotes such a product as an apartment with decoration, including in business class projects and future premium ones. Given the high demand of this category of customers for the quality of repairs, we decided to involve a team with technological competencies to work with this area. In addition, the appearance of this business unit in the structure of the FGC Group of Companies is associated with the withdrawal of the product "decoration designer" and the tasks of customization of decoration for our customers. Due to the fact that the industry has been experiencing an acute shortage of highly skilled labor over the past year, another task of the team will be to create a digital platform for selecting real professionals in the field of repair, "comments Petr Kirillovsky, director of the product development department of the FGC Group of Companies.

FGC Finishing Technologies will develop design projects and perform decoration in such residential complexes of the company as Richard, Architect, Sydney City, Director and Rimsky. The office and showroom of the company, in which all finishing materials will be presented, will be located in the business quarter of KR Properties Danilovskaya Manufacturing.
