2020: Completion of the transaction to acquire 94% of VDSK shares

On January 20, 2020, the FGC group of companies announced the completion of the acquisition of Voskresensky House-Building Plant JSC (VDSK). The corporation bought 94% of the company's shares worth more than 1 billion rubles. The transaction was financed at the expense of the group of companies own funds.

In November 2019, the FSK Group of Companies entered into an agreement with VDSK on the repurchase of shares of the enterprise. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) approved the transaction. The remaining part of the shares - 5.81% - the group of companies will buy back from minority shareholders, an offer for the repurchase of securities will be made no later than January 31, 2020.

2019: Agreement with FGC on the acquisition of 90% of VDSC shares

On November 25, 2019, the FGC Group of Companies announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire more than 90% of the shares of the Resurrection House-Building Plant (VDSK). The deal will allow the corporation to expand the geography of projects and increase the production capacity of the First DSK, which is part of the company's structure. In the future, the FGC Group is ready to redeem the remaining shares from minority shareholders.

Voskresensky house-building plant with an area of ​ ​ 15.3 hectares is located in the city of the same name in the Moscow region. The company specializes in large-panel house building. Its production capacity as of November 2019 is 220 thousand square meters. meters per year. FGC Group plans to maintain the load of existing production capacities at the maximum level.
