2020: Agreement signature about merge to CADFEM CIS

On October 5, 2020 KADFEM of Si — Ah-Es companies (KADFEM) and "Factory of Digital Transformation" (FDT) announced signing of the basic merger agreement. This transaction will allow to optimize activity of the united company and will provide growth of business in the main directions, including the direction of digital transformation. FTsT will be a part of KADFEM as business structure under the name "KADFEM Didzhital".

As it was explained, digital transformation influences each industry, transforming products and methods of their development. The industrial companies look for methods to use advantages of modern digital technologies quicker to bring products to the market, reducing at the same time costs for their development and operation. The Digital digital solutions created by KADFEM will allow users to receive benefit for all product lifecycle or production process, using the digital double for virtual tests, failure prediction of the equipment, reduction of unplanned stops and increase in operational efficiency. The digital double – the program analog of the physical device modeling internal processes, technical characteristics and behavior of a real object in the conditions of influences of noises and the environment. It is applied at all stages of product lifecycle, including development, production, operation and utilization.

Key activity of "Factory of Digital Transformation" is connected with development of application solutions for digital transformation of the industry and, in particular, creation of digital doubles on the basis of technologies industrial Internet of Things machine learning, added and virtual reality, complex mathematical modeling of systems and processes in industrial equipment. 2019: Services in creation of cloud infrastructure and implementation of "smart" solutions

According to information for November, 2019 "the Factory of Digital Transformation" is the engineering company which is engaged in implementation of technologies of the Industry 4.0 (The digital double) at the industrial level.

The company offers complex services in creation cloud of information infrastructure and implementation in production of "smart" solutions based on PTC ThingWorx, platforms industrial Internet of Things and predictive analytics, and software products Ansys for multidisciplinary engineering calculations.
