2024: Favorite Trade bought the Sphere-Farm pharmaceutical complex in the Kaluga Region for 1.4 billion rubles

On June 19, 2024, it became known that Favorite Trade acquired the Sphere-Farm pharmaceutical complex in the Kaluga Region for 1.4 billion rubles. The initial cost of the enterprise at the auction was 2.1 billion rubles, but it was reduced to 1 billion rubles. Read more here.

2023: Financing of SberLeasing and FRP for the supply of equipment for pharmaceutical production

SberLeasing together with the Industry Development Fund will finance the supply of equipment for equipping pharmaceutical production in the city of Chernogolovka, Moscow Region. SberLeasing announced this on January 31, 2023. The lease agreement in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles was signed with Favorite Trade (part of the Binergia Group of Companies), which acts as a developer. Construction of the production began in the summer of 2022, and its completion is planned at the end of 2023.

In particular, it is assumed that the plant will house four production lines, a finished product warehouse, laboratory and administrative units. The area of ​ ​ the building will be more than 12 thousand square meters. m. The volume of investments will be about 4 billion rubles. The project is accompanied by a personal manager^[1] Center for Assistance to the Construction of the Moscow Region^[2].
