2024: Sale of the company for 1.9 billion rubles
The largest plant in Russia and Europe for the production of metal entrance doors "Ferroni" was sold for 1.9 billion rubles. This was reported at the end of May 2024 on the website of the Russian Auction House (RAD).
According to representatives of the RAD, the auction for the sale of the property of the Ferroni plant took place in the Komsomolsky district of Togliatti. The plant was built and put into operation in 2021, but the company vacated the area due to the move to another site.
The facility was put up for sale in December 2023. Initially, its cost was estimated at 2.5 billion rubles. According to RAD, the lot includes non-residential buildings with a total area of 47.8 thousand square meters. m, 13 adjacent land plots with a total area of 23.7 hectares and movable property. The only company that applied for participation in the auction was Atlas Trailer LLC, which has been operating in Samara since the fall of 2023.
Director of the Volga branch of RAD Natalya Kharlanova noted that this transaction has become the largest in the region recently in the segment of selling private assets.
As reported, in RIA Novosti May 2023, a large fire occurred at the Ferroni plant in Togliatti. According to the data, the area of MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS fire was 20 thousand square meters, while the roof collapsed by 5 thousand "squares." 15 people were evacuated from the place of fire, there were no injuries. Investigators of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of safety rules during work, resulting in negligence causing major damage). After the fire, the company suspended its work, after some time its property was put up for auction.
According to the expert assessment of Ilya Zharsky, managing partner of the Veta consulting group, the amount of damage from the fire at the Ferroni plant in Togliatti may amount to billions of rubles. Analyzing video and photo materials from the scene, the specialist suggested that as a result of the fire, the enterprise lost about half of its fixed assets, another quarter was partially damaged.[1]
Ferroni is engaged in the production and sale of metal doors in Russia and Europe, and is a major exporter of metal doors.
