History
2021: Creation of a dairy complex for 400 cows for 342 million rubles
In the Stavropol district of the Samara region, a modern dairy complex of Niva JSC was opened. This was announced on August 5, 2021 by the Investment Attraction Agency of the Samara Region. According to experts, a dairy herd of 400 cows will become one of the most highly productive in the Samara region.
As part of the project support, the Governor of the Samara Region Dmitry Azarov personally presented it to the leadership of the Small and Medium Business Corporation. The Samara Region Guarantee Fund provided the company with additional co-guarantee, while the Investment Attraction Agency actively accompanied the project with administrative, legal and consulting support, including in March 2021 helped Niva JSC attract an additional 40 million rubles through SME Bank. As a result, the total cost of the project was 342.2 million rubles, of which 240 million rubles were attracted as soft loans.
As noted, the implementation of the project for the construction of a dairy complex for 400 cows contributes to solving the strategic tasks of the region. This is ensuring food security, increasing the level of supply of local milk to the residents of the region.
"This complex, large-scale and interesting project for the Samara region, related to dairy livestock, once again demonstrated the ability of the regional team, with the personal participation of Governor Dmitry Igorevich Azarov, to complete difficult investment cases," the minister said. "I am glad that after the launch of one production, we immediately discuss with investors their plans for the implementation of other projects related to the development of the agricultural company." |
The plans of JSC Niva include the construction of three more dairy farms for 3,600 forage cows with a completed cultivation cycle.
"We reconstructed all production. And, of course, we traveled a lot not only around the country, but also around the world in search of the ideal conditions for animals to be most productive. The most important thing for us is the health of animals and the comfort of those people who work at the enterprise, "said Inna Uskova, director of the farm. |
"The regional government pays special attention to the development of cooperatives in the Samara region. Large businesses should always attract smaller ones, forming close cooperative chains. Our task is to help build these relations between interested market participants and offer them the most effective support measures, "summed up the Minister of Economic Development and Investment of the Samara Region Dmitry Bogdanov.
The Agency for Attracting Investments of the Samara Region in the "one window" mode accompanies all projects at all stages of their implementation. As of August 5, the regional government is working on more than 200 investment projects with a total investment of 1.1 trillion rubles.
