First Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction, Saratov

The first cassation court of general jurisdiction operates in the city of Saratov region. Its competence, in accordance with the jurisdiction established by federal laws, includes the consideration of cases on complaints and submissions to judicial acts that have entered into force, adopted by the courts of the Republic of Mordovia, Belgorod region, Bryansk region, Voronezh region, Kaluga region, Kursk region, Lipetsk region, Oryol region, Moscow region, Nizhny Novgorod region, Penza region, Saratov region, Tula region, as well as judicial acts of appellate courts of general jurisdiction, adopted on complaints and submissions against judicial acts handed down by the courts of subjects as a court of first instance.
