ForceNock Security — the Israeli software developer in information security field. The companies created completely autonomous solution for protection of web applications which is used by machine learning and mechanisms on the basis of behavior and reputation. This technology as reports a startup, is directed ​​ to exempting the cybersecurity groups of specialists from management of infinite configurations and rules, continuing to support the highest level of security.

2019: Check Point purchased ForceNock

In the middle of January, 2019 the Check Point Software Technologies company announced ForceNock Security acquisition, but did not begin to open a financial component of the agreement. It is supposed that this transaction will allow the buyer to strengthen advanced opportunities of cyber defense on the basis of machine learning.

Check Point is going to integrate technologies of protection of web applications and API which develops ForceNock, from the security   of Check Point Infinity consolidated by architecture.^[1]

Check Point aims to provide the most complete architecture of security for prevention of the current and future generations of cyber attacks. The growing use of platforms — cloud, network, mobile, Endpoint and IoT — requires complex, simple in deployment and use of security technologies — the vice president for the products Check Point Dorit Dor says. — Inclusion of ForceNock technology in our architecture of Infinity will allow us and from now on to provide the highest security level for our clients around the world and to strengthen our opportunities of protection using machine learning.

According to CrunchBase, for the 26-year history Check Point made 13 acquisitions taking into account ForceNock purchase.
