GLAVNIVTS Federal State Unitary Enterprise Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation

Federal State Unitary Enterprise GLAVNIVTS of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation is the organization having 30-year experience on ensuring activity of the President of the Russian Federation, the supreme bodies of the government, the ministries and departments and also has long-term competence of plot area and equipment of Data processing centers.

At the Moscow offices of GLAVNIVTS in 2020 more than 350 salaried employees work.

Activities

For 2020 GLAVNIVTS is directly involved in providing the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation and the subordinated organizations with qualitative, modern and safe information technologies, applies competent, evidence-based approach to process of creation and development of a common information space.

Work of GLAVNIVTS includes a huge range of tasks — from creation and development of telecommunication networks before development of a specialized software for the supreme bodies of the government. The software products developed by specialists of GLAVNIVTS are unique and have no analogs in Russia.

By 2020 GLAVNIVTS developed and implemented in the organizations subordinated to the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation, tens of multi-user information systems, created modern infrastructure of computer communications. The majority of medical information systems function in the round-the-clock mode. Thanks to GLAVNIVTS thousands of employees of organizations mastered work with ADP equipment.

GLAVNIVTS has considerable experience of implementation of large-scale projects on the equipment of holding the international actions at the highest state level. Specialists of GLAVNIVTS made a serious contribution to the project on creation of Presidential library of B.N. Yeltsin (St. Petersburg) and to its filling the scanned images of documents and books.

History

1994: Transfer of the organization in maintaining the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation

By the order of the President of the Russian Federation of 11/9/1994 No. 575 of GLAVNIVTS it was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation.

1985: Creation of GLAVNIVTS order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR

GLAVNIVTS it was created by the order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR of 6/10/1985 No. 771.
