- brand Maquet - Department "Medical Systems" - the world leader in the production of medical equipment for equipping operating rooms, resuscitation, equipment and consumables for cardiovascular surgery (); more
- ARJOHUNTLEIGH - equipment that increases patient mobility and is used in the treatment of wounds;
- GETINGE - infection control.

2023
Getinge bought Healthmark Industries for $320m
On October 11, 2023, Getinge, a developer of equipment for operating rooms, intensive care units, sterilization facilities, as well as biomedical institutions, announced an agreement to acquire the American firm Healthmark Industries Co. The transaction amount is $320 million. Read more here.
Recall of defective intra-aortic balloon pumps that suddenly shut down

Cardiosave Hybrid defective pump recall
On March 17, 2023, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warned of the recall of defective Getinge intra-aortic balloon pumps, the use of which poses a threat to patient health, including the risk of death. Read more here.
Thousands of popular heart pumps are being recalled
At the end of January 2023, Getinge announced the recall of about 8.8 thousand cardiac devices of the Cardiosave intra-aortic balloon pump after receiving more than 100 complaints about them, including one report of the patient's death. Read more here.
2022
Getinge recalls thousands of defective ventilators causing circulatory problems
On August 24, 2022, Getinge announced the recall of more than 37,000 ventilators, consisting of four models of the company's range of devices, including a Servo-u mechanical ventilator and a Servo-n device designed to care for newborns. Popular anesthesia devices are being recalled. Marriage can lead to death of the patient
In July 2022, Getinge began recalling the Flow-c and Flow-e anaesthetic systems due to the risk of death or serious injury to patients. The service campaign is started after receiving reports of cracked or broken on/off switches on the suction unit of the device. Read more here.
2016: Hybrid Operating Room Project with GE Healthcare
On August 25, 2016, the American medical device manufacturer GE Healthcare and the Swedish company Getinge Group, known for developing various devices for healthcare and biological sciences, presented an angiographic integrated solution for hybrid operating rooms. Read more here.
Maquet unit generates more than half of Getinge Group's revenue
The turnover of the Maquet division in 2012 amounted to 1.5 billion euros, which amounted to more than half of the annual income of the Getinge Group of 2.7 billion euros.

2006 - GETINGE AB acquires Huntleigh Healthcare Ltd.
2008 - GETINGE AB acquires the cardiovascular division of Boston Scientific (including its predecessor Guidant), opens an official representative office in St. Petersburg, Russia.
GETINGE turnover in 2008 amounted to 1.768 billion euros.
2009 - GETINGE AB acquires Datascope.

2003 - GETINGE AB acquires SIEMENS Life Support Systems and JOSTRA, opens an official representative office in Russia, Moscow

2000 - GETINGE AB acquires Maquet. A separate division is created within the GETINGE - GETINGE Medical Systems structure.
2001 - GETINGE AB acquires ALM S.A. (France).
2001 - POLYSTAN is part of the JOSTRA company, enriching the list of products with a full range of pediatric oxygenators.
1982: JOSTRA Founded
1982 - Lars Sunnanvader founded JOSTRA in Hechingen, Germany.
1978: Founding of ALM S.A. operating light developer.
1978 - ALM S.A. is created in France, producing operational lamps.
1958: Founding of Polystan
1958 - Erik Kyvsgaard founded Polystan. Hundreds of hospitals around the world are starting to use Rygg-Kyvsgaard bubble oxygenators, heart-lung devices and branded collateral and consumables.
